Terms:

Credit card terms: If you provide a credit card, your credit card will be charged as agreed (see details below). We reserve the right to charge your card for the balance of the performance if you cancel the day of the event. We will also charge your card for fees due that are not paid, such as but not limited to balance due and overtime fees.


Deposit terms: Deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel for any reason up to 7 days before the event your deposit will be held for a future event. Cancel within 7 days and you could lose your deposit. Cancel the day of the event and the full balance is due. We try to be as flexible as we can with this but it is our final decision. Deposits are not refundable.


Performance terms: Our 100% satisfaction guarantee applies to first $600 of completed performances and can not be used to get a refund incase of cancellation or overtime charges. $40 per 15-minutes per performer overtime rate applies when a performer is asked to stay longer or delayed from starting on time due to customer or venue fault. First 15-minute delay fee will be waived. B. Happie Entertainment can not be liable for late arrival if the customers emergency contact number is not answered on the day of the event.

Replying with "I agree" and your name to this email makes this contract a legally binding agreement. By agreeing to these terms you are agreeing to all the details as described below. If you have any questions or alterations to our terms please call or email before agreeing to the terms. By replying with "I agree" and your name you are entering a legally binding contract with B. Happie Entertainment. Legal fees incurred in relation to this agreement such as but not limited to failure to pay will be billed to the customer.
